Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how AT Network PTY LTD (ABN / ACN registered in Australia), trading as Awaretrepreneur Tribe ("AT Network", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit our websites (including atnetwork.global and awaretrepreneur.global), join our VIP list, engage with our community, purchase our programs, or interact with our advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, TikTok and X.
We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can contact us at any time at info@awaretrepreneur.global.
2. Scope
This policy applies to personal information we collect through our websites, landing pages, forms, emails, SMS, phone calls, events, in-person and online community activities, paid advertising campaigns, and any third-party integrations we operate (for example CRM, email, SMS and analytics tools).
3. Information we collect
- Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, country/region, business type, role, revenue band, and any answers you submit via our VIP quiz, contact forms, application forms, surveys, or when you email/message us.
- Account and membership data. Login credentials, membership tier, program participation, event attendance, and communications with our team and community.
- Payment information. When you purchase a membership or program, payment is processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We receive transaction confirmations and limited billing details, but we do not store full card numbers.
- Device and usage data. IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scroll depth, form interactions, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies. First- and third-party cookies, pixels, SDKs and local storage used for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising (see Section 8).
- Advertising identifiers. Hashed email/phone and event data shared with ad platforms via server-side or pixel-based conversion APIs to measure and improve advertising performance.
- User-generated content. Testimonials, reviews, community posts, photos or videos you submit to us or share in our community spaces.
4. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain and improve our websites, community and programs;
- Respond to enquiries, process VIP applications, deliver membership benefits, and manage your account;
- Send transactional messages (receipts, reminders, service updates) and, with your consent, marketing communications by email, SMS or phone;
- Personalise content, offers and community matching (e.g. suggesting Mentor7 clans);
- Measure and optimise our marketing and advertising (including remarketing, lookalike audiences and conversion tracking on Meta, LinkedIn, Google and similar platforms);
- Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical issues;
- Comply with legal obligations, including Australian consumer, tax and electronic marketing laws.
5. Legal bases for processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — for marketing emails/SMS, non-essential cookies and advertising pixels.
- Contract — to deliver memberships and programs you purchase.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve our services, and to conduct measured marketing where your rights do not override those interests.
- Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
6. Advertising, remarketing and conversion tracking
We run paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok and similar networks. To measure results and show relevant ads, we use:
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API — to record page views, leads and purchases, and to build custom and lookalike audiences.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — to track conversions, retarget visitors and derive professional audience insights.
- Google Ads / Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager — to measure traffic, conversions and run remarketing.
- Server-side tracking — where enabled, we may transmit hashed identifiers (such as email or phone) to ad platforms to improve attribution while limiting the exposure of raw personal information.
These platforms may set cookies or receive event data that allows them to recognise your device across sites. You can opt out or manage preferences via each platform's controls, our cookie banner, and the industry choice pages linked in Section 8.
We do not knowingly target advertising based on sensitive categories (for example health, religion, sexual orientation or trade-union membership) and we do not advertise our programs to children.
7. Marketing communications and consent
When you submit our VIP form or otherwise opt in, you consent to being contacted by email, SMS and/or phone with information about our community, offers, events and educational content, in line with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, replying STOP to any SMS, or emailing info@awaretrepreneur.global. We will still send you essential transactional messages relating to your account or purchases.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. session, security, load balancing).
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- Advertising — used by us and partners to deliver, measure and personalise advertising, including remarketing.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and through platform tools such as YourAdChoices, Your Online Choices (EU), and the DAA opt-out.
9. How we share information
We share personal information only where necessary, with:
- Service providers we rely on to operate our business — for example hosting (Cloudflare, Lovable Cloud / Supabase), CRM and marketing automation (e.g. GoHighLevel), email/SMS delivery, analytics, payment processing (e.g. Stripe), customer support and scheduling tools. These providers are bound by contract to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok and similar networks, as described in Section 6.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) where required.
- Authorities when we are legally required to do so, or to protect rights, property or safety.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
10. International transfers
We are based in Australia. Some of our service providers and ad platforms store or process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms, and require providers to maintain a level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
11. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Marketing records are typically retained until you unsubscribe and for a reasonable suppression period afterwards. Transaction records are retained for the period required by Australian tax law (generally 7 years).
12. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, database row-level security, secure secret storage and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us immediately.
13. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal exceptions);
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Data portability, where applicable;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
To exercise these rights, email info@awaretrepreneur.global. We may need to verify your identity before actioning the request.
14. California, EEA/UK and other regional notices
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA/ CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including certain advertising-related sharing). You can exercise these rights via the email above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may contact us to exercise your GDPR / UK GDPR rights and, where relevant, may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
15. Children
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
16. Third-party links
Our sites may link to third-party websites, tools or content. We are not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies before providing personal information.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on our website.
